Impulse Power.
Running on Tumblr today while I take care of some business with my web hosting company. Reaching the home stretch on spring semester, hoping to get back into some proper work this Thursday on Daunting. Dave’s piece of the script is sitting on my email account, and I haven’t got a chance to give it the time it requires to add my piece of it. That’s the way it’s been between Dave and I since we first started working together. We throw bits of story and character together until a piece of the script congeals and then we move forward.
It’s an organic process, and when it works, it’s great. But it’s not a way to sustain a weekly webcomic. Still going to have to find a definite shape for release schedule before I finish it.
I will be in Philadelphia this weekend for 8static and general post-semester decompression. If you’re in the area, and free, let me know. I’m still pissed about missing Stephen Whittam’s lecture before last month’s show so I will be dead set on staying within pissing distance of Studio 34, which means I’ll be camping at the Ethopian restaurant next door.
(I could just give my location via Foursquare or something, but than I’d just be wiping your ass for you, wouldn’t I?)
